Our Refund and Shipping Policies for wedding program orders.

Refunds/Exchanges:
If an incorrect product or defective product is shipped to you due to our mistake we will gladly replace the item(s) at no cost to you.

All refund requests must be made within 30 days and include the original order receipt. If you would like a refund for any other reason we will refund 50% of your orders purchase price (less shipping)

All returns must be returned to the store within 30 days unopened, unused and undamaged to receive a refund.

Shipping:
We have two shipping options for internet orders:

1) USPS Priority Mail. (Arrives in 2-3 days)
    This is standard for all orderes. 
    Flat Rate $8.75, ships entire order regardless of quantity. 
    This is standard shipping for all orders shipped within the 
    United States if  "Special Handling" is not requsted.

 2) Fed-Shipping is also available. If overnight shipping is required please call for price. 1-877-401-4010

 3) "Sample Pack Shipping" There will not be a shipping charge for a Sample Pack. We will removed the
     postage charge before we fill the order and confirm the charge to your credit card.

Shipping to Canada:
We do ship to Canada. There is an additional flat-rate fee of $25.00 to cover the expense of time and postage. Please see Canadian Shipping

Priority Shipping:
If Priority Overnight Shipping is desired please call our Toll Free number and order by phone to obtain cost for shipping.  The cost for express shipping varies greatly from location to location.
Orders received after 1:30 PM EST will be processed the following day. Orders will "usually" ship out within 24 hours VIA Ground Carrier (unless express shipping was requested and paid for)
Orders will normaly arrive at your location within 5 business days.

However,  in the event that your selection is out of stock,  it may take up to 2 weeks to ship the order. If you need your order in less than 2 weeks please email us at wedding@weddingboutique.us
